I am quite tall (6″4′) so, I would have to be able to raise my main desk pretty high in order to put a MIDI keyboard or keyboard synth on a shelf underneath the main desk and then raise my chair high enough to put me at the correct position for working. I will put those on a pair of speaker stand right behind the computer monitors with the speakers facing down at me just over the big screens.
